Caregiver Support Group

Expectant Parents & Babies (0–12 Months)

A non-judgmental, therapeutic haven designed to support parental mental health, reduce anxiety, and nurture caregiver-infant bonding through gentle music and vocal attunement.

  • Focus: Postnatal wellbeing, dyadic bonding, nervous system regulation.
  • Includes: 45 mins music therapy + 30 mins peer support with warm drinks & biscuits provided.

Alaw (Welsh for “Melody”) is our friendly group mascot! Designed to offer quiet comfort and visual attunement, Alaw helps little ones transition smoothly into sessions, manage sensory overload, and explore the joy of music in a safe, predictable way.

Accessibility & Booking Options

Caregiver Support Group: Operates on a flexible Pay What You Can scale (with zero-cost spaces available) to ensure financial barriers never stop a parent from receiving crucial mental health support. Includes tea, coffee, and peer chat time.

Early Years Music Classes (Alaw Series): Structured, high-energy music and play classes payable in advance as seasonal/termly blocks.
